EPIC FAIL! So disappointed. Next, use Cape City VW

Hi,

In short (since I'm tired of wasting MORE time on Barons N1 City:

Took my car away for service on 26/02 at 07H30
Waited 40 mins for transport home, i decided to walk since the waiting time already exceed travel time home
1x sms received to say car will be inspected at 3pm
No contact from service agent. NONE. THE ENTIRE TIME MY VEHICLE WAS IN THEIR CUSTODY
Tried to attain contact delails /-4pm off mobile site, unhelpful as "service contacts" didn't reveal service contact no
Eventually when I did get the number and call, reception didn't answer twice after lengthy rings /-04H30
3rd time I phoned and explained my frustrations to reception AND URGENTLY asked Brandon to contact me with an update, I was met with a "I couldn't give a " attitude... an almost... "you will wait" attitude and that I did because I'm still waiting for Brandon to call me.
After their driver collected me, I explained to him I didn't know if my car was ready or how to get home, he tried to be helpful.
At reception, receptionist surprised almost to see me but seemingly not more than Brandon himself, who then informed me of the progress on my car. Also told then "no wipers" in stock as I requested
