Car Damage and Billed without Quotation

I booked my car in at VW Tokia on Monday 29th April 2013. The lady that booked my car in asked me how i will be paying. I asked to the quoted before doing anything on the car. Phoned them, guy told me that they were waiting for the part and that my car will have to overnight with them. The next day on the Tuesday i still have not heard anything about lunch time. He called back and said the car was ready for collection.

Collect my car and the guy just pulled out an invoice. I specifically requested for a quote. I noticed my car had a dent just below the driver door. Told the guy that my car had been damaged. He told me that my car was damaged when i brought it in. I told him that it was not there and he just kept on accusing me that it was there. He left and went to look for the guy that walk around the car to see for any bumps or knocks. I waited 10min for him, but he did not pitch. I got angry and went to see the manager where he was also and told me to wait. He came out and said they will call me and my car will be booked in for repairs and will receive a courtesy car. Have not received a call from VW and no apology for damaging my car. And on top of it i get accused. Pathetic
