I booked my Samsung 46" LED TV for repairs, still under warranty, on 2013/03/25.
I have been calling them at least twice a week to get progress reports, they never give you a call to report progress, and they keep telling me that they are waiting for the spare parts.
When i contacted them today - 2013/04/25 - i was informed that they still have NOT received the part.
The service centre is now blaming Samsung for not sending the part who is blaming the courier for not delivering.
According the the service centre, Samsung system indicates that the part was dispatched on 2013/04/02, but has still not arrived at Liptronics.
It seems that Liptronics is NOT communication to Samsung and is also NOT communication with their customers.
If the parts are not available for whatever reason or you can not repair the unit after a month, i expect the TV to be replaced from the supplier or the service centre - Liptronics
