My wife bought a cherry qq last month, this this due for a 5000 km service and were called last week by a rep, we were told that it needs to be serviced in Port Elizabeth as the service center in East London closed down. He promised to find a solution but by I think by no fault of his own he did not and did not call me back. I called P.E service center and were told it has to come down to them for a service, although the staff were very friendly and helpfull no solution could be found. I will be making an appointment tomorrow the 9th of dec for saturday 14th Dec if I can get one, that is the only day that we can off. Now I want to know who is paying for our expenses to go all the to PE (320 km) one way... I am working on a no work no pay basis and have to lose money because there is no service center in East Londen. When we bought the car we were not told that there was no service center here. I have a friend who works with me who has the same problem. Please advise and get back to us please.
