UNIT ON MY CAR IS NOT WORKING

My insurance company requires that I test the tracker in my car atleast twice a year. On the 31st of August, I called Altech Netstar to check if my tracker still works. I drove from JHB CBD to Sandton. They told me that they could not pick up the signal and that they will need to book my car in at the fitting center so that they could fix it. 2 weeks later I called to find out if I was booked but the lady on their call center told me to book it in myself. I called the fitness center to book it in, but they told me that they could not book me in and that the call center must send them an email to book me in. I called the call center and the lady told me she would book me in. I waited and decided to call the center on 17/09/2013 as it has been 3 weeks, I spoke to the lady and she told me to hold on, and transferred me to their fitting center. The lady at fitting center told me that the call center people are supposed to send me an email. I am being sent from pillar to post and no 1 is able to help me. I urge people who are using Altech Netstar to check if the tracker on their is working. Your cars are at risk. How long does it take to book a car in for fixing a tracker? sick sick sic
