My MNet decoder started flashing E3/E4 about a month ago, I took it into the multichoice center in the Gift Acres shopping center. They tested it and assured me that it is working, tested it at home again, it didn't work, then after a day or so, it started working again, then after a week it was back to flashing E3/E4, and it has been like that ever since. At the multichoice service center they told me that they are going to stop sending a signal to these old decoders - No one informed me that the service is going to stop at some stage, and I am not sure but I think that would constitute a breach of contract on Multichoice's part. My account is settled in full every month. I have tried the call center numerous times, they can not help me, and refer me back to the service center every time, I cannot go to the service center every time, I stay in the north of Pretoria and they are in the east. I am currently very unhappy with the service I am receiving from multichoice. CJ Smit
