FNB is losing the plot

Moneygram - in January, after using your Moneygram service for 2 months, it stopped working. I went in to the Sandton branch and Customer Service called the call center. After numerous resets to my account they conceded defeat. Since then I've been forced to use Bidvest when I need the service.

Your new website - Imagine my irritation when it stopped working on Google Chrome which I've been using for internet banking for years. Your call center's solution was for me to use another web solution as this was a recently identified issue and there's no idea when the problem will be solved.

Fulfillment call center - I called on Saturday 7 September around 11:30am but kept getting disconnected immediately after the recording said working hours are till noon.

Outstanding debit authorization - I visited the Rivonia branch last week to query reserved funds on my business account. Their response to me was that the relevant team rarely pick up their phones and there's nothing they could do. I luckily found a reversal form on the web and suggested it to the branch only to be told it'll take 4 weeks to resolve though the merchant has settled their account.

All in all - ridiculous service!
