My reference number is 4137835203. I called on Wednesday 21 August because my washing machine has a problem its giving error codes E5 and HE2. It is still under warranty purchase date 28-04-2012.
I was given an appointment for Friday 23 August. I was told that the time could not be confirmed so I should make sure there was someone at home all day. I took a day off from work but no one came all day. I called your call center at 16:30 and was told that the technician would still come because they work until 18:00.
On Saturday morning 24 August, the technician called to say he'll come on Monday because he was fully booked with Saturday appointments. I asked why I must wait till monday when I had a Friday appointment and why he had not made my unfulfilled Friday appointment a priority on Saturday morning. Anyway I eventually called your call center and Thabo the supervisor for the day conference called with a lady called Cecilia from the service center. That conference call was not fruitful because I could only be at home on Monday after 4pm and the service center could not help me at that time all week. They suggested I wait until Saturday 30 August.
