First National Bank
Cannot Transact on my own computer!

Today I have tried to use e-wallet service to transfer funds to a cellphone number. When doing the transaction
I get an error, saying the feature has been disabled temporarily and I must call them to resolve the issue. When I call the call center they tell me that my computer is posing a threat and they don't have the functionality to fix the problem nor can they confirm when the problem will be resolved. I have been using internet banking since day 1 on the same PC and all of a sudden they are detecting a different pc and have blocked my services, worse they cannot fix and cant even give me a solution. This is very frustrating as I have to e-wallet funds urgently infact its an emergency and I cannot do so and they cannot come up with a solution or even provide one or time frame within which this will be resolved. Whats the use of having the error massage up and telling customers to call the call center when the call center is infact useless? now im sitting with this problem and no solution from FNB and this is not the service that I am used to getting from them especially not from the call center who now appear as incompetent.
