So I had a problem with my BB, called the mtn call center and got cut off many times, and every time you have to go through the voice prompts. All the staff I spoke to just took guesses to resolve my problem and nobody knew what needed to be done. It was something silly that BB has overlooked, instead of finding the solution and getting back to me, all they did was guess.
If your BB is stuck on numlock and can't enter your password, you need to enter the pin wrong till its asks you for your puk number, that was the solution. Please share this with the rest of your staff. Tell them arrogance only makes you look like a fool.
