Its about 6 weeks that Ive been waiting for a call from passport centre to set up an appointment so i can get my id book passport and marriage certificate done. I even went on line on their website and complained about it but still no reply. Eventually i scraped up the guts to go to home affairs by myself. Took me just under 2 hours and everything was done. Plus i saved alot of money. I will never rely on passport centre again.
