Unsatasfying service and unable to complain

I applied for my passport almost 7 weeks ago and I have not heard one word from the department. It is supposed to be posted to be but it have not been and when I tried to contact them with the details given on their website the phone just rings endlessly. complaint messages on websites don't go through.

Seems like they just dont care - take my R400 and a LOT of time for standing in queues and then I dont even get my passport. what is the use of this? They can at least have a call centre where people actually answer the phone.

I think they should get a huge upgrade on their website there isnt even contact details of Bellville home affairs, you have to google it to find it on other websites - that's pathetic. Other Home affaris websites say that you can track you passport on [URL Removed] but there is no such option, I cant even find the word "Passport" on it. There is not a "search" function. all the information have been useless for me.

I will be glad if some of this could get more up to date with the rest of the world
