I would just like to thank Department of home Affairs for the really speedy service i received in getting my new passport (NOT EMERGENCY PASSPORT). I applied for my replacement passport on the 18th Jan 2013 and received notice today 29 Jan 2013 that its ready for collection.
My only criticism is ask the staff to at least smile at applicants!
