BAD after sale service

We bought a NEW ford figo from Imperial Ford Kempton in May 2013

First we battled to get a copy of our contract after going to the 'top' they finally sent it to us then our smash and grab that they put on (that we wanted as part of the purchase) it made bubbles and my car had to go back and they had to redo three windows...

No that it is becoming warmer and we are using the aircon we found that with time if goes on and off cold to warm...

We phoned them about three weeks ago and they gave us a date which was today (23.09.2013) to bring the car so that they can have a look. So I have made arrangements with a family member to take in my car as I'm working only to be told when he arrived that my car was NEVER booked for today!!!

Their after sales service is really bad I will not refer ANYONE to them!!! Now I will have to make other arrangements and for sure at another Ford dealer that will put the customer first to take in my car so they can get it fixed.

This is really not ok because now that they made the money the rest they don't care about!!!

We as customers are REALLY disappointed with their service and will NOT go back to them or refer ANYONE to them!!!
