In 2009 i put a application in for a passport, i had to use temporary passport that year to go Mozambique.
I phone few times after that to find out where my passport is and they always said they waiting for head office or the had a print error and had to send it back. well This year we planning to go to Zimbabwe and still no passport... phone head office and sophie there PA to Mr. Mkhize said she will sort it out and let me know.
Never phone me and nothing have been done.
Phone mbazwane branch and they said they look for my application and phone me but again NOTHING
Head office said i need to take my New photos to Vereeniging branch and they will then send it to Mbzwana Sophie wanted me to travel 9 hours to take my photos to this brunch... Mbazwana said i can just take my slip of payment to vereeniging with my new photos... How do they work and what hope is there for home affairs... Looks like we cant go on holiday again because of there bad services. DO i have to go to all social media to get service???
