I am very unhappy about the service that I received. When I went to apply for my passport on the 31ste of December 2012, I paid and did the finger prints then I waited because they said it would take /- 2 weeks then I can come and collect it. So then I waited and when I could not even track it via the sms or on the internet because there was just NO UPDATE on where they are and how far they are with my passport I went to the Centurion Branch again ONLY to discover that they need MORE finger prints and I had to DO IT AGAIN! But if I did not went and query it NO ONE would have let me know that there was a problem! so then I waited again!
After 2 weeks I phoned and the lady said that they did received the finger prints and that they will send it to the printers so then I SHOULD get my passport last week the 6th of March 2013.
When I phoned the 08600601190 AGAIN this morning the lady said that no they did not registered the fingerprints and it is not yet at the printers! :-(
SO NO I AM SO UPSET! Because I am leaving on the 28th of March because my Husband paid for our anniversary but I still dont have my Passport so now what!??? WHAT MUST I DO!!!???
