What a dissapointment

I recently purchased a brand new i20 from Hyundai Brackenfell. I was offered a few extras on the vehicle by the salesman to close the sale e.g. spraywork on the mirrors, handles and bumper. Upon collecting the vehicle, the spraywork on the handles and mirrors was not done properly and I had to take the car back to the spray shop (Hyundai did not offer assistance). Also the indoor mirror cover on the passenger side was damaged and the small cover on the front bumper was missing. Due to negligence on Hyundai's part, the front wipers obviously was not checked which resulted in the one wiper being faulty and scratching the windscreen. I reported all the issues to the salesman and the branch manager and I had to take the car back to them once again. They promised to fix everything, but when the vehicle was returned to me, the scratch on the windscreen clearly wasn't touched. I had to make numerous phone calls to Hyundai and not one call was placed to me as a follow-up. I find their lack of customer service extremely insulting and having to deal with all these issues I am very sorry I purchased the car from this branch. I will certainly never return.
