Hemisphere One
Cannot supply goods & dont want to refund

I orderd a part from hemeisphere one & paid a deposit of 8750.00 after a month they came back saying they receveid wrong part from overseas & will refund me my deposit i have emails from one of there employees requesting a refund to be paid its been 2 months with a call a day they that both clive & accounts lady never available evry day for 2 months i called today & wen i said its me they acctualy hanged up & put the phone on fax, that tells me the owner or manager clive is trying to me of my refund this is & will not let them get away with it. i will know open up a case of against them with the police & have instructed my lawyer to take it furthe
