On leasing a flat from this man, I had to pay a two month rental deposit. On leaving the property the owner, Francois September, advised that the deposit would be paid back in three days time, this was not done and to date the deposit still has not been refunded. Have attempted many times to phone but these are not accepted and has only responded by sms saying will pay back deposit by Friday. Deposit up to now still has not been paid back and phone calls and sms's are ignored. This man is a SAIPA registered accountant, so goodness know how he handles individuals and company accounts honestly. Is he from them as well???
I want my money paid back to me.
