I applied on the on-line site for my son, it wasn't long then one of their representatives phoned me. Stuart phoned my son and myself every day. Asking for a commitment deposit, I told him that I was not sure about this whole relocation thing. He kept pestering us everyday. Eventually I paid R7125.00 into their account, but the very next day my son got a new job, so I cancelled the whole process the day after I paid the deposit. The deposit was made on the 26th of March, and I am still waiting for my refund!!! Every time I email Stuart, he tells me that the request for refund is at the board, and they will decide!!! I don't understand what they want to decide!! I want my deposit back!!
