I moved out of my previous residence many months ago and have a substantial deposit refund due to me.
However, this refund is not forthcoming from Eskom and I have made probably 10 phone calls to ESKOM with many promises to be called back.
Today they told me the refund was made on the 10th of this month. Now my question is, to whom did you pay this money as I didn't receive it? Maybe into some ESKOM employee's account?
I don't foresee that my refund is going to be happening soon, well at least not until Eskom has paid its next massive bonuses and increased the consumers tariffs!
