NON REFUND OF DEPOSIT

My son, Ari, hired a car from the above Company. I paid for the car hire using my Credit Card. The deposit I paid was R4, 000. When my son returned the car on 27th December 2012, a refund into my son's Debit Card for the amount of R2, 309.66 was supposedly done. In fact it should have been paid into my Credit Card I used to pay the initial R4, 000 deposit.
According to my son, he did not receive the refund of R2, 309.66 as it was paid into a Debit Card account instead of a Credit Card account. I was promised faithfully by the above individual that a refund would be done last week. To date no refund has been done and I still appear to be out of pocket by R2, 309.66. I need this resolved urgently
