Last year in November i went to Toyota Soweto and asked if they could help me with my window as it didn't open and sure they said. they ordered a window regulator and i paid for it and the labour. now point one they over charged me and promised to refund me on my next visit . that i could overlook, but 2 weeks back i called them and said i had issues with my sim card hence i was out of touch. the lady told me that the part had apparently arrived. i called them yesterday and asked if i could bring the car today and they agreed. this morning i get there and they tell me that the part was sent back and they couldn't get hold of me. i called yesterday, they could have told me. and i waited freaken months for this part you are telling me that you couldn't wait for me, i paid for that part. i took my bonus and paid for that part, i know you're going to refund me but such behavior is unacceptable. i could have gone somewhere else and gotten help, do you know how hot it is and i cant even open my window. i am 8 months pregnant, i don't need this agony when i have paid and expect things to be done accordingly. you are just perpetuating the stereotype its in the locations so obvious!
