I bought a per-owned vehicle and was promised that it went through a 125 point check. I received the car with a punctured spare wheel and a spare key that I had to take in to get the key coding done. I was promised a car tip top condition and the they gave me a car that has not been put through the regulated checks. The steering is also pulling to the left, so something is wrong there.
Really very disappointed, as this is my first car! :-(
