Insurance approved non Audi Specced windscreen

My insurance took it upon themselves to have a non Audi approved windscreen fitted to my Audi A4 after the original was damaged by stones. Windscreen was a Grandmark product. The reasoning was that it only cost R1550.00 instead of an original one of R10K and that my vehicle is old. 2011 model. Old? Windscreen and VIN number does not align. Film on windscreen and not see too clearly at night and day time when light from the front. Wiper blades noisy. I replaced new ones made the same noisy. Car noisy in side and aircon working hard due to the heat from the windscreen. Contact insurance who in turn got the representative from Grandmark to phone me. Noisy and heat due to glass and lamination not of the same thickness and quality as that of the original. Had to come back a week later when the boss was there. In my work that was 3 weeks later and nearly 10 000km. This went on for sometime. Was informed windscreen would be replaced as it was a factory defect. Went round to their offices, informed will not happen as there are stone chips on the windscreen. So what were they going to put this windscreen back into circulation? Chips cannot be repaired by PG or Glasfit due to inferior product.
