My father went to Hyundai to enquire about a car for me. Upon his arrival a man approached him immediately and offered his assistance. My father mentioned what he's looking for and immediately Christo approached him and said that he deals with that and will assist. They spoke for a while about the car I had in mind and Christo was extremely helpful, giving sound advice. He then asked if I have a trade-in and they spoke about my current car. Christo looked up the value and said that they would not be able to sell it on their floor as the value will be very low. What he did next absolutely amazed me. He suggested that we sell the car on a certain website as we should get a good price there and then offered to place it for us and even possibly carry the R38 cost. My father left, and about an hour later Christo phoned and said that a lady was interested in the car. She ended up buying the car the same afternoon for just under our asking price which was unbelievable as I had received three other quotes at less than half that price. Christo went way over what was expected of him and I am extremely greatful and impressed with this level of service. Well done Hyundai and especially Christo!
