Replacement of damaged windscreen

They replaced a damaged windscreen on my car on 04/11/13. On 09/12/13 i noticed that water was leaking into my car and i took it to Land Rover who advised that Windscreen Direct had not fitted a genuine Land Rover windscreen and the one they had used was also not fitted properly. i called them and also advised my insurance company who had appointed them. They came back on Thursday the 12th to remove and re-fit, they also insisted on fitting the same windscreen. They were late for the appointment and i had to phone to find out where they were. When i was leaving the office i noticed that my car floor was flooded on the driver's side and the water was leaking between the roof and the newly fitted windscreen. i spoke to Ben at Windscreen Direct who promised to come back to me the next day after speaking to his manager as they had already closed. On my way home i drove past Land Rover who again said the windscreen was the fault for the leak. on the 13th i asked my insurance company to sort out the mess with Windscreen Direct as i was not getting any joy from them. Ben called me full of excuses and my insurance company is giving the job to another fitment company to fix their mess.
