Firstly where do i start, the bad attitude or the damaged goods. I had my cracked windscreen replaced on my Nissan Navara by the 24 fix auto glass and never reliased there was a defect on the windscreen as i started to use the vehicle, i contacted 24 fix and they said that someone would contact me 3 weeks later still no reply from 24 fix, so i call again ah haaa someone called the branch manager calls me, he then comes out has a look at the windscreen and tells me its a defect from the manufacturer he goes back to the office tells me his technical guy has to look at the glass he then proceeds with with a stanley blade makes a hole i the glass and tells me that it a chip in the windscreen but there is no chip as there is no uneven or rough spot around the defect, i then proceed to phone the so called general manager who off course has a dont care attitude tells me that as soon as he gets feed back from his more useless branch manager and my insurance he then contact me. So in other words i will have to replace a defective windscreen at my time and cost. This has to be the worst company to deal with ever i strongly recommend never use 24 Fix auto glass ever.
