This is a warning to all companies and individuals out there who require a windscreen replacement - DO NOT USE GRANDMARK GLASS - their service is absolutely disgusting, their installation teams used, damaged my vehicle, damaged the side seals on the windscreen, damaged the bottom seal, which now does not seal against the windscreen, and if it rains, will destroy the ECU which is mounted directly under the windscreen! I have not been able to wash my car for almost 2 weeks now due to this problem. When contacting Grandmark, their staff are always too busy to assist you, and i have been waiting 2 weeks for grandmark to come out to resolve the poor workmanship issue, to no avail!
It does not take a week to resolve poor workmanship, the insurance company who paid grandmark have also requested this matter be resolved urgently, once again to no avail! DO NOT USE GRANDMARK GLASS, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE SERVICE AND YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY END UP WITH A DAMAGED VEHICLE AND RESULT IN MORE HASSLE THAN ANYTHING ELSE!!
