Windscreen direct replaced my windscreen on 16/09/2013 but did not fit it properly. They then sent a quality asssessor on Wednesday 18th who confirm the poor fitment. On Friday 20 Sept they came to refit the windscreen and broke it. I am now trying for a week to get to to replace the broken windscreen, and they came today 27 Sept with no windscreen. It has now been 2 weeks that I cannot even drive my car. Their service is shocking and everytime I phone them they have a different excuse and say they will phone back nut never do. I do not know why insurance companies make use of them. I am now lost and do not know what to do anymore. Juts want to get my windscreen replaced as soon as possible.
