In August I was in a minor bumper bash, my vehicle went in for panel beating and due to the pressure my vehicle went under for repairs a chip in my windscreen had run, I put in a claim with my insurance and the excess was a lot for what I could afford due to my excess on my car being so high. I chose to then drive around with the crack in my windscreen and open the claim again when I had the finances to pay the excess. Glass fit phoned me on Friday the 25Th October and insisted that I had my windscreen be repaired due to it not being safe to travel around in a vehicle with a cracked windscreen. I notified the gentleman that I was unable to pay the excess right now. He then politely assured me that he would make a plan for me to have my windscreen replaced. A couple hours later he contacted me again to notify me that they were going to come out to replace my windscreen due to an arrangement been made to accommodate my situation.

After my call with this gentleman my Friday ended well and my weekend was off to a good start...
