To whom it may concern, i ordered a glass for a Chery Tiggo about a week back from the Randburg Branch, supposed to only take 2days (still not delivered) Called about 20times to ask what is happening always some story, so I called again today (Ikraam) like now always cannot give me more details. the driver went to collect the glass at 11 should be back at 2 called no driver called again at 4 still no driver (still no part still no response and no service its now been a week the part is paid. I would just like to mention to you Chery ;don't make a promise you cannot keep ;don't sell cars if you cannot produce parts and don't blame other sections of your department for incompetence...
I hope that the poor customer I am helping gets the car fixed and sells it coz I really do not want to deal with you guys every again...
