Not honoring their service plan

I bought a Chery Tiggo 1.6TX from Chery Randburg, the cars service plan is due to expire at the end of July 2013 and the dealer principle, Jim Strachan ensured me that I could have the car serviced one final time before the service plan was over, no matter the milage on the car. The car was last serviced at 60000km in November 2012 and I don't do enough milage in a year to get it up to 75000km.

Today I took my car into Chery Milnerton for its final service on the service plan and was told that they won't do it as the milage is to low, and the annual service can only be done in November this year when my car is off it's service plan. No where in the terms and conditions does it state this anywhere and now I have paid a premium for a car with a service plan which is effectively useless. Furthermore, it is not my fault that the car was serviced in November last year instead of July as I was not the owner at that time but rather Chery Randburg were and they have now cost me the use of my service plan.
