I logged a complaint about the service I was getting from Chery SA. I got a response from them stating the fuel part would be delivered. To date, it has not been delivered.
I sent my van chery tiggo 2.0 TXE to the dealership on 23 december 2013 as the vehicle went onto limp mode.
To date, I have not received my vehicle as yet.
I have keep on sending emails to Chery SA and not been responded to at all. I have been requesting a loan vehicle and no one from Chery SA is responding.
I need help. I have been dealing with 5 different people at Chery SA. No one seems to be taking my plea seriously. Please help me
