1 of my fleet cars broke down Called Chery 24 Towing said they would be there in 1 hour called an hour later guy said sorry he had forgot to log the call waited another hour. Towed to Chery Germiston called Ice service advisor Tuesday 8am he said he would have a look at the car and get back to me called him at 14h00 he said clutch was gone car just come out of a 15000 km service now on 20000km, they called it drivers abuse. I called Chery Head office AS I BELIEVE IT IS UNDER WARRANTY spoke to Johan Smit he called Germiston asked them for pictures, Germiston said they would be back to him in 10 minutes. Germiston call back and say they have not even stripped the car yet but i have already received a quote for R6593.66 I call Randburg Chery to get a price on the clutch they quote me R4329.69. Service manager of Germiston then calls me and informs me the quote was wrong and he sends me another quote for R5623.66. I do eft then am told they will release car when payment reflect what a joke they have proof of payment FNB TO FNB I HAVE BEEN TO AND TAKEN FOR A RIDE NEVER BUY A CHERY SERVICE IS SHOCKING GUYS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE 20000km cluch gone DRIVER ABUSE SURE RIPPED OFF
