I have had a electrical fault with my Chery Tiggo 3 times in the last month and have had to get it towed from my house to Chery Randburg as this is where I brought the car from and thought I would get good service.
However the service I have received from Jim Stathan the branch director has been appalling.
I have been without a car the whole weekend as the car broke down on Saturday and was towed to them but the workshop could only look at it this morning (Monday) ( which I understand) however when I spoke to Jim on Saturday he promised me that he would get the car in to the workshop first thing on Monday morning to get it fixed, however when I called him this morning to check if my car was being worked on he did not even know if it was in the workshop and had to go and check. He got very rude & abrupt over the phone and would not even let me speak, this is unacceptable service. I tried to speak to him about my problem as this is the third time in the last month the car has the same problem, but I got the impression he did not care at all and told me very arrogantly and dismissively that if I have a problem to go through to customer care and was not willing to hear me out at all
