I purchased a New Tiggo, picked up the vehicle 12/09/2013 and the dealer - Deon de Jager was to settle my old vehicle with Wesbank. he confirmed that this will be settled 13/09/2013. i called Wesbank on 17/09/2013 and they confirmed that no settlement received from dealer. Deon again confirmed on email that the settlement will be done on D Day 19/09/2013. Still no settlement. Even Chery SA in randburg let Deon give them the run around that the payment will be done, give me 10 minutes i will get back to you! eventually Chery SA says that the Dealer principal Mr Kritzinger has my details and will do the payment but he has no ADMIN staff! so what has that got to do with me! this is you took something of mine and i have proof that you where to make payment and nothing has happened? i explained to Chery SA that Wesbank confirmed to me that if no settlement is made buy the 21/09/2013, a debit order will go off my account -Chery SA - Jeanine says that the dealer is then liable to pay me back that money and if not it will be! guess what this is! if i cannot get a straight answer from Chery Centurion how will they pay me back my instalment! this will be taken further!
