Why do I pay for express service

As a regular importer of goods into the country, I have to use a courier company to bring some items in. Some of these people use TNT for this, offering an express service. More times than not with TNT, I face extended periods waiting for goods to get through your processes. Certainly always a 5 days just in SA

And even though I bring a dozen or so TNT parcels into SA every year, you guys can't seem to keep a customer record with an email address on it. So I always have contact you & find the person dealing with my package to get the info I need to get my own parcel processed. Some express service!

Secondly, the goods immediately go into an exception when received in SA with a warning that if I don't pay within three days it will go to government holding & additional charges will be levied. Nice way to force me to contact you?

Thirdly, having paid for an express service I now face additional rather hefty fees for customs clearance.

Lastly, having paid my fees & told I could expect delivery today. Again my latest package is not moving, obviously your staff don't want the long week interrupted by having to deliver my parcel. Or maybe its because I'm not a business just some guy
