I called Chery SA to look into the specs of a possible Chery Tiggo that i was looking to purchase. Chery SA couldnt give me the answers i needed so they transferre me to the dealer principal of Chery Ranburg - Jim strathan. I told him that i am a single mother and that i want to find out more about the safety of the vehicle as well as the availability on parts and prices on services etc. When he realized that i wasnt buying the vehicle from them he got arrogant bombastic and extremely rude and spoke to me as if i was a piece of from the street. He spoke to me in such a manner that i burst into tears and i was already stressed out about buying the right vehicle for myself and my kids. He then told me that if i want the info on the car and i dont want to ask the salesman from whom i intended buying the vehicle i should then ask that person to call him and that he would tell him as he doesnt feel the need to tel me and then i told him that its not from a chery dealership and then got really rude and hung up on me. He hardly gave me a chance to speak. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life and wouldnt recommend anyone buying from him or his dealership ever.
