On 17-05 an order was placed with BMW S.A for a part, it was confirmed that part was on back order and we will receive it in 21days, that is already a long time as orders usually take 10/12 days.By 27/05 i was starting to get frustrated as we had no feed back on an ETA THE PANEL BEATERS also had no luck and i took matters in my own hand and started phoning them. it took me 2days to get through the mr betual as no1 knew who he was. Eventually 2days later i was told that Germany was out of stock and no1 has an idea of when the part would be available.. i then asked for a courtesy car, for which i was by khea makhubela that this is not BMW problem as to why its not part of my insurance policy and BMW only OFFERS A CAR AFTER 30days.i referred the matter to MR dean who then sent it through to Mr kenny. DURING THIS I WAS SENT AN EMAIL TO SAY MY ORDER HAS BEEN ESCALATED AND FEED BACK WOULD BE GIVEN.. I asked them to please look into giving me a car as it is EID for us and i have no car.i was told on 2/08 reignol manager will contact me asap. 22days after the order is placed no ETA, NO ANSWER ON A CAR &NO1 FROM MR KENNY/ MR DEAN/ OR BETUAL TAKING CALLS OR RESPONDING! DISGUSTED@service
