Car went in on 23/09/2013 -at 5PM am told they need to order part from Korea. Will take 2/3 weeks and there is a strike. I call every week to check when I hear strike over in press and Dominique Lategan confirms part ordered but strike on. Last week I demand to speak to Service Manager only to get an apology that Dominique and didnt even order the part! Further it will take another 2/3 weeks. I call back and insist that they eithe find me a 2nd hand part in interim or give me a courtesy vehicle as I will not use my car a day longer as they have inconvenienced and to me. Dealer Principle apparently calls nationwide and finds the part. It arrives next day and I get called to say it is checked and correct and I must bring my car in Saturday. On Friday afternoon am told the part is not correct. I go see Kostas Augustinos who was unprofessional and rude and says "Are u trying to pi$$ me off? " This after I complained & asked why they are messing me about. He agrees to put a 2nd hand part in and then without agreement gets someone to drive my car and deliver to me. No notice of what next or what was done. I didnt authorise anyone to drive my car off their premises. Called -now unreachable
