Lack of delivery

I ordered a part for my car at 9:30 in the morning and was promised that the part would be delivered to my door as they promise on their website. At first they quoted me R300 more than was advertised on the website and when I stated I won't pay that they called and said they would do the price advertised. I was then assured the part would be delivered. At 14:00 I called again and was told that the driver was bringing the part. At 16:00 I called again and was told that the part would be by me at 16:30. At 17:00 I called again and they were closed. They never contacted me to say that they would be late or that delivery will come the next day. Their comunication was no good in that aspect. I made it clear that I needed the part urgently as I need my car to get to work. I had the cash ready and kept waiting and still no hope. They are around 15-20km away from my house where I needed the part and it was still not delivered. That is not good service considdering I would have used them in the future. Now I won't even consider them.
