Can you please assist me, we went to order get a part from Nissan SA Northcliff, on arrival we were told that they do not have the part in stock, we have to pay in full to order the new part, after paying in full and giving them the vehicle VIN number. we received the incorrect part, after taking it back to Northcliff we are told that they cannot take the part back, if we need a new part we must pay in full again to order the new part.
