Non replacement of ordered part

I booked in my car [Hyanduai] at the Centurion Branch for the 45 000km service [20 January 2014] On booking it in I asked the person [didn't get a name] to please order me an indicator [left hand door] as it had broken off.

Previously, when I booked it in for my 30 000km service [also at Centurion], I also requested this order. Needless to say when I went to fetch my car. Alas nothing!

On fetching my car [after receiving an sms to say it would be ready at 16:00], on arrival had to wait 45 minutes. They only have two people at the desk. I was told that the part wasn't order and that they would have to order it. I then requested to speak to the Branch Manager, He told me that the people who book in the cars do not take orders for spare parts. I then said to him but then they should say so.

He would order the part from Boksburg and this should take two - three working days. I had mentioned that I did not have time to come back for the 3rd time and that they should come to me to replace the part.

He said he would personally call me and come fetch the car from me to replace the part and bring it back. 9 working days later I have heard nothing.
