I don't know if you have a personal problem with me or what's wrong but will you please stop ignoring me, I really want to buy a part from you, I just find the service here very slack.
Jesse gave me a price on the 23rd for a part I need and then told me:

HI REINHARTD

THAT PART R800.51 INCLU.AND THERE IS NO STOCK AVAILABLE
3-5 WEEKS ONLY

I replied asking for a part number and if I need to order this part or if it is on order anyway and she ignored me, today a week later on the 30th I emailed her again this morning saying "please get back to me" and once again I was ignored.

Do you treat all your customers like this? If you don't want to help me rather just be honest and tell me then I will know that I must rather throw my expensive camera away.
