Pathetic Service and Arrogant Attitude

Service Manager Toni displayed a blatant disregard for my complaint when work missed, during my vehicle service, was reported to him (problems with vehicle service not for the first time by the way!). He was arrogant, rude and at one point threatened me (the customer). He also about not having a courtesy vehicle available. The matter was escalated to Dealer Principal Fani Lombaard who then proceeded to tell me that if I complain about his branch then I should take my vehicle elsewhere. Nice attitude Fani!!! I then reported the matter to Gert (Director of Lindsay Saker) who has not even bothered to apologise for that matter. If this is the calibre of personnel and disgraceful customer service that Lindsay Saker has to offer then I will most certainly NOT support them in future.

I am sure that VW will be 'pleased' that this dealership is going a long way in reducing it's customer base as well as failing to service it's products properly!!!

The Customer is KING!!! Obviously personnel at Lindsay Saker Fourways need to learn this!!!
