I called Vodacom Vangate Mall on Thursday 18 July 2013 and ordered a black Iphone 4.
I was told I would get it by the following Tuesday 23 July 2013. I called on Tuesday as nobody bothered to call me and the lady I dealt with was off, I spoke to someone else and she said my phone is there. I get there and its the wrong phone. I was told that the lady I dealt with will call me first thing in the morning to sort this out. So the next day, I call them at 11am once again because nobody bothered to call me, and im told that there is a box of stock that arrived but she cannot open it and I will have to wait till later on... and ofcause nobody called me back. So, today Thursday 25 July 2013, I call at 9am and ask for Dominique, the lady I have been dealing with and I am told she will only be in at 12 and she will call me. Right, 1pm I call her as YET AGAIN she doesn't phone me back... Now I am told... I will need to go get my phone at another branch because that is the soonest they can arrange for me to get my phone. If I was told this on Thursday 18 July 2013 when I first called it would not have been a problem as I am almost every weekend I Canal Walk. Still waiting...
