Poor service

I bought a car end of December 2012 and took delivery of the vehicle 2nd January 2013.
Part of this purchase included a GPS. Which at the time of taking delivery of the car, they did not have in stock.
After a few weeks I e-mailed the sales rep enquiring about this where they still did not have stock. This went on for a while.
Eventually I didn't get a reply and I e-mailed the Sales manager Brian Robertson. Which then informed me that the rep has left the branch in the mean time.

He then said that the GPS has arrived and is available for collection. I requested for them to send it to the Meadowdale branch as i rarely go towards Randburg. As it happens life gets busy and I forgot to follow up.

This is now more than 3 months after the last reply I had from Kia Randburg and 7 months after purchasing a car and still NO GPS.

Very quick to do the sale and the after sales service.

Absolutely pathetic if you ask me!
