Think twice before handing your precious vehicle keys over to these "experts". Besides having to wait an additional 2 days for my vehicle to be returned to me, after a major service (the wrong spares were ordered/delivered!!), I then didn't have the use of my vehicle for a further 18 days!!!

I was assured that the vehicle "seemed" to be running fine, after pointing out, when originally handed over, that it was lacking power. On my return to the Kalahari (where I work), that night, I still experienced lack of power issues, along with increased fuel consumption. My vehicle was then towed to Land Rover in Uppington (at my cost) where it was discovered that the boost pipe and accelerator body needed replacing. At the same time my rear shocks, along with the air cleaner were replaced. These problems were identified by Land Rover in PMB but no action was taken by them. In addition the disc pads also had to replaced. The Service Manager in PMB agreed to cover the cost of these as they weren't picked up originally!!!

Numerous e-mails/phone calls to Land Rover South Africa occurred during this time with very little success, with respect to compensation. So much for ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!
