No Manager, No Feedback, No Phone

It's got to a point that I can pull my hair out. I gave my phone in on the 20th of May, was told that within 5 to 7 working days I will receive a new phone due to the fact that its still under guarantee and I only have the phone for two months! Last Friday I contacted MTN and they told me that it will be there Monday. Monday comes and still no phone, but Instead they then told me there was something wrong with despatch of the phone and had to be send back. They then said a Manager will contact me. I waited on them the whole of Monday and nothing. Tuesday came and I spoke to the lady who took my phone in and she promise me that the Manager will contact me. No one phone me and after calling about ten times and no one answered I got!! Wednesday came and the supervisor then told me that the Manager will call me. I waited and then decide to call the place that fix the phones and still nothing and empty promises. So now we are going on day fifteen and still nothing!!! So when my two years are done, so will I be with MTN!!!
